OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

It is mandatory that all personnel wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, including headwear, footwear, eye protection, and other equipment as required by specific circumstances (such as noise or respiratory protection). All equipment on site must be maintained in safe operating condition. We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our employees and anyone affected by our work activities, adhering to minimum standards and complying with relevant codes while striving for best practices. We assess risks from our activities and operate in accordance with procedures that promote health and safety for our employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Every individual involved with the company, both permanently and temporarily, is required to follow standard procedures to ensure high performance through a shared commitment to health and safety. We believe health and safety are both personal and corporate priorities. To prevent injuries and protect health, we aim to establish and maintain safe practices and a safe working environment. We require everyone working on our behalf to share this commitment and take necessary actions to achieve these objectives. We are dedicated to maintaining high health and safety standards across all projects under our supervision, providing safe plant machines and equipment, storing materials safely, maintaining safe access to and from our premises, and offering necessary training and PPE. We also ensure safe storage of materials and provide suitable welfare facilities, along with first-aid arrangements. The Managing Director oversees regular reviews of this policy and associated procedures to ensure continued effectiveness, amending them as necessary to comply with legal requirements and promote continuous improvement.
