As a customs agent, we work with relevant authorities to ensure the timely release of imported goods. We are responsible for preparing and clearing customs entry upon shipment arrival at a port of entry. Our business involves managing customs clearance and documentation, as well as the transportation and warehousing of imported goods from the port of call. We undertake door-to-door delivery, haulage, and distribution management. We have a responsibility to ensure that customs declarations are accurate, duties and taxes are properly calculated, and payments are processed to enable smooth and uninterrupted transit of goods across borders.
